DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

For many basic maintenance items like tires, brakes, oil changes, air filters, fuel filters, and flushes there is no need for an appointment. Our QuickLane Tire and Automotive center is open Mon - Fri from 7:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 7:00am to 5:00pm for your convenience. For recalls and larger repairs please call and let us know you are coming to see us. We do not require you to have an appointment, for anything, if you need us we are here for you!

ARE YOUR PARTS & SERVICE DEPARTMENTS OPEN ON SATURDAY?

Parts & Service are open on Saturdays for your convenience from 7:00am to 5:00pm

CAN I GET A SERVICE LOANER?

Our service department is not able to loan vehicles to customers. However we do offer local shuttle service to your home or business if needed.

HOW CAN I GET A RENTAL CAR?

If you need a rental car, we can help you make the necessary arrangements. We have a rental facility on-site for all of your needs.

CAN I GET A RIDE HOME WHEN I DROP OFF MY CAR?

Yes, we would be happy to provide this service to you. We want each customer's visit to be a positive experience and will work diligently towards that goal.

CAN I GET BODY REPAIRS DONE ON MY VEHICLE WHILE IT IS IN THE SERVICE CENTER?

Yes. Just let your advisor know what other work you would like done so that he or she can make the necessary arrangements.

HOW LONG WILL THE REPAIRS TO MY VEHICLE TAKE?

Your advisor can give you an estimate of the time it will take to complete the repairs to your vehicle. Be sure to check with your advisor for the specifics on your vehicle.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY CAR IS DONE?

You will be notified, by your advisor, when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. Feel free to call or e-mail your advisor during the repair process if you have questions or concerns.

WHERE DO I GO WHEN MY CAR IS DONE?

Your advisor will make arrangements for pick up when he calls to let you know your vehicle repairs are complete. You will need to see him for your paperwork when you arrive at Olathe Ford Lincoln's Service Center.

WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO PICKUP AFTER YOU ARE CLOSED?

When you make arrangements with your advisor he can accept payment over the phone with a major credit card. He can then either lock the keys in the vehicle or leave them with the front sales receptionist who is here until 8:00pm.

WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO DROP OFF MY VEHICLE WHILE YOU ARE CLOSED?

For your convenience we have a night drop box on the side of the main building by service. Just park in front of the big glass service doors, fill out the information on the drop box envelope, put your keys in the envelope and drop it in the slot. In the morning, we will check them in and give you a call.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

The easiest and most convenient way to pay for your vehicle repairs is with a major credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. Of course, cash, check and debit cards are always welcome.
